Alexxa - What you see on screen is cards moving in two rows. One at top and other at bottom. The bottom row belongs to you while top row belongs to opponent. In between, you have two girls ready to make out with each other. Most probably they are waiting for a sign. That sign is your poker game victory. If your poker combination turns out to be better than opponent; the girls will please you with hot lesbian show and move you one level up. But if opponent wins; you move one level down.
